- Choose a secure username that's easy to remember.
- Create a strong password with at least 8 characters, including upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and a special character.

Check the inbox for the email address you provided during setup. Look for a verification email from us and click the link within the email to confirm your account. (Tip: Check your spam or junk folder just in case!)
Step 4: Log in to Your New Account
With your email verified, return to the mortgage application page. Use your newly created username and password to log in.

After logging in, you'll be prompted to begin your Smart Start application. Enter all your personal information accurately to avoid delays in the application process. Credit bureau report fees required at application.
